4 Simple Weight Loss Tips That Can Make Big Changes

2. Add a few short walks to your day.

3. Water is key.

Be sure to take your meals away from the television. The TV can distract you from how much food you are taking in. Taking your meals at the dinner table can help you stay focused on what and how much you are eating.
